La boutique Mademoiselle Rose livre chaque colis via la Poste Suisse garantissant une qualité de service. Les commandes sont préparées et expédiées dans un délai de 5 à 7 jours ouvrables.
Mademoiselle Rose livre également à l'international. Pour chaque commande effectuée, les frais d'envoi s'élèvent à 15 CHF et sont à la charge de l'acheteur. Veuillez noter que d'éventuels frais de douane ou taxes supplémentaires restent également à la charge de l'acheteur. Les commandes sont préparées et expédiées dans un délai de 5 à 7 jours ouvrables.

Item Defect
Mademoiselle Rose is aware of the risks associated with the transport of goods. However, any damage related to transport will not be covered by Mademoiselle Rose. Despite all the care that Mademoiselle Rose takes in preparing packages and the point of honor that it places on the quality of the products, upon receipt of the order, the customer will check the conformity of the item received. If the customer finds that the item is defective or a product is missing, he has 2 working days to inform Mademoiselle Rose by e-mail upon receipt of the package. Mademoiselle Rose undertakes to exchange, at its own expense, the defective product within the limit of available stocks. Mademoiselle Rose reserves the right to require the customer to return the defective item in question.
Any claim made after 2 working days of receipt of the order will be refused.

Returns within 7 days maximum
The return of the order must be made within 7 days of receipt of the order. Once the order is returned, Mademoiselle Rose will examine the legitimacy of the customer's request and check the merchandise before sending the new order. Mademoiselle Rose undertakes to send the new item within 7 working days after receipt of the returned item.
The item to be exchanged must be returned in new condition with the sales tag attached and in its original packaging. In the event of non-compliance with the return conditions or if the item is damaged, damaged or worn, the return will be refused and not refunded (if the item is not available).
If the customer's request is accepted, in this case Mademoiselle Rose will proceed to:
An exchange, at his expense, if the item is defective or the item received does not correspond to the one ordered on the site (color, model, size, etc.)
A refund of the entire order if the item(s) cannot be exchanged due to lack of available stock. The refund is made by a credit corresponding to the amount of the returned items on the customer's bank account. The refund is made via the same payment method used by the customer within a maximum period of 30 days.
NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND if the return conditions are not respected: item worn or damaged, label detached.
